Meet the Team

Dr. Trent Nguyen attended the University of Houston, where he received his degree in Biology and Chemistry. Following his passion, he pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Nguyen also completed a two–year course in orthodontics. He completed several courses in cosmetic, including implants, veneers, etc.

Dr. Nguyen has participated in teaching the summer pre–clinical enrichment program at Baylor. He also remains active in the dental community. In 2010, Dr. Nguyen served as the membership officer in the Dallas Asian Dental Association. Since then, he has appeared in several local newspapers and television programs.

Dr. Nguyen met his wife, Jade, here in Dallas. Jade is our dental hygienist who also graduated from Baylor College of Dental Hygiene. In 2007, he opened his first dental practice, Great Smiles Dental and Orthodontic in Carrollton, Texas. Dr. Nguyen is known by his patients for his comforting demeanor and gentle touch. The number of patients at our dental office grew quickly, mostly by referral. To better serve the community, Dr. Nguyen decided to open his second dental practice, Avue Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Nguyen and his wife have two bouncing, baby boys named Colton and Payton. They feel very blessed and enjoy spending time together as a family. They are now expecting one more boy around March 2016! Outside of the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys traveling, playing golf, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
